What materials are used in ICEDMAFIA jewelry?

Our pieces are crafted with a brass base and finished in 14k gold plating. Depending on the design, we use 5A Cubic Zirconia (top-grade CZ) or Moissanite VVS1, D-Color stones — moissanite that passes the diamond tester.

How do I know my piece is authentic?

Every ICEDMAFIA item comes with an NFC Ownership Card. This card verifies authenticity, unlocks membership benefits, and grants access to exclusive discounts and events.

Where are ICEDMAFIA products designed?

All jewelry and apparel are designed in Zurich, Switzerland. Our T-shirts are crafted from 100% premium cotton.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before noon ship the same day. Orders placed later ship the next working day from our Swiss warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

• Switzerland → 1 working day (tracked)
• Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, France, Netherlands) → 2–4 working days (tracked)
• USA & Canada → 5–10 working days (tracked)

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free on all orders, and every package includes a tracking number.

Can I return my order?

We do not accept general returns or cancellations. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a free replacement.
