What materials are used for the jewelry?

Our pieces are crafted from brass and plated with 14-karat gold. Depending on the design, we use 5A cubic zirconia (high-quality CZ) or VVS1 moissanite, D-color stones—moissanite that passes the diamond test.

How can I be sure that my jewelry is genuine?

Every ICEDMAFIA product comes with an NFC owner card. This card confirms authenticity, unlocks member benefits, and grants access to exclusive discounts and events.

Where are ICEDMAFIA products designed?

All jewelry and clothing are designed in Zurich, Switzerland. Our T-shirts are made from 100% high-quality cotton.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders received before noon will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next business day from our Swiss warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

• Switzerland → 1 business day (with tracking)
• Europe (Germany, Austria) → 2–4 business days (with tracking)
  
• USA → 3–7 business days (with tracking)

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping within Switzerland, Austria, and Germany is free for all orders, and each package includes a tracking number.

Can I return my order?

We do not accept general returns or cancellations. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement.
