Refund policy

• No general returns or cancellations. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be revoked.

• In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item, we will replace your item free of charge.

• Issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order by email to support@icedmafia.com – please include photos and a brief description of the problem.

• Depending on the case, we will arrange for a replacement part or a full product replacement.

• Refunds are excluded.

• If a return is required, it must be approved by our team in advance and sent back in the original packaging to avoid transport damage. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
